Schedule of Activities

Coronavirus restrictions have been lifted and we are back to normal in-person meetings and activities.  Read the latest Newsletter to see the activities we are doing now.

Routine Activities:

General Membership Meetings: Every 1st Thursday of the month, 6:30 fellowship, 7:00 PM at Youth Hall, Holy Family Parish 

Officer’s Meetings: Every last Thursday of the month 7:00 PM at Charity room Conference Room, Holy Family Parish 

Monthly Rosary/Adoration prayer - Every 3rd Wednesday in the Holy Family Church at 7 pm.   Please let Eric Bateman know if you would like to lead some of the mysteries.  

Installation of Officers:   July/August of each year.

Council’s Christmas Party: December Weekend - TBA

Membership Drives: Selected Sunday after Masses

Assist and serve on Church's Masses/activities

 Fund Raising Activities:

Parish Breakfasts:  First Sunday of the Month in Community Center - need help from 7:30 AM to 12 Noon 

St Patrick Dinner:  TBA in March 

Parish Picnic BBQ:  July of each year

People with Intellectual Disabilities Campaign: Each October/November

Seminarians/Religious Fund Awards: Each Fall of the year

Diocesan Layette Drive in November

Food for Families Drive in January 

Walk for Babies fundraiser for Guadalupe Hope Society in May   

Support for other parish group fundraisers:

Simbang Gabi Dinner Dance, “Dinner Italiano”, “Alpha” meals for Christian study sessions, Multi-Cultural Mass Reception, Festival Kick-Off Breakfast, Life Teen/Edge fundraiser (meals).

 Community Activities:

Essay Contest for Holy Family School - January

Free throw Championship Shoot-Out, February

Support for Veterans: Summer BBQ and Christmas Spirit Party @ VA Polytrauma Hospital-Palo Alto veterans parade participation, and resource fair

Coat Drive for Homeless Shelters” (men & women) and the “Coats for Kids” Drives: Both finish before Thanksgiving

Support Parish Festival: set-up and clean-up, staffing food/game booths, and security operations

Walk for Life SF in January
